Wow, Avondale can consume wings!!!  However, our winner Robert Harper split prior to the awards ceremony, so pictured with Roc and Manuch as well as Nicole is our runner up Justin Lyon!   All but one contestant ate 2 or more ounces.  A first!!!  And we had another contestant use the “Chuck Bucket” which means an automatic DQ - Zach Walker, who is pictured with the mohawk.  Great crowd!  Native New Yorker, Bud Light and Right Honda thank everyone who came out!  Don’t forget the finale is set for Saturday afternoon September 6th at the Tempe location.

3.giftwo.gifone.gifWeek 16 of the Battle of the Bone 2008 Wing Eating contest was packed in Goodyear, Arizona!  Jacob Bell feasted on over 2lbs 4ounces to qualify for the finals in September to win the Right Honda Element.  The Goodyear location was standing room only in their great bar area.  Goodyear represented as not one contestant falled to hit the total weight consumed of one ounce.

Steve Monahan won Week 11 of the Native New Yorker Battle of the Bone qualifying round by chowing down over two pounds of delicious wings!  Monahan, with the mohawk, who represents our great country as he serves in the Army was one of more entertaining contestants so far this year.  A big thank you to everyone who came out to the Anthem location.  A beautiful restaurant with exceptional service!
